The Quality Management System is the means by which MAG Group pursues its objectives, in respect of those values that set it apart and dedicated to continuous improvement.
Operationally, MAG Group has translated its values, mission, philosophy and ethical principles into operating rules in order to ensure their application in practice and in its activities, particularly with regard to:
- internal organisation (definition of responsibilities and tasks);
- documentation provided to the customer that is clear and easy to understand;
- full assistance to the client within the contractual terms;
- collaboration with suppliers/insurance companies with a view to developing loyal relationships;
- continuous staff training;
- involvement and awareness of internal and external staff working with the Group;
- monitoring of the implementation of the objectives and values contained in the quality policy is achieved through periodic auditing tools.
The Group's Companies have obtained UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification.
